I had a first-class experience with Bayside Auto earlier this week. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a full-service, auto care shop staffed by people who understand and practice great customer service. My wife and I were in a real bind as we ran over a large nail in our only daily transportation vehicle. We barely limped to Bayside Auto and didn’t know what to expect without an appointment at a busy shop. We needn’t have worried because Corey & Paul were super nice, understanding and accommodating. Within an hour & a half, we had our vehicle back, good as new…and the bill was extremely reasonable. Definitely give Bayside Auto a shot…the shop has recent new ownership, and it’s perfectly clear that these folks “get” the concept that they’re in the customer relationship business and not simply the car repair business. I’ll definitely be back for sure with any future auto tire and repair needs!
